Architect Tom Frantzen proves that economic objectives do not have to exclude an autonomous design with the residential-work building Patch22 in the new Buiksloterham district in Amsterdam Noord. Extravagance and economic yield – this project has it all. Patch22 is the first project that Frantzen and his company Lemniskade Projects have developed in-house. He came up with a smart deal with the contractor for financing.
