A maximum of 28 living/working lofts measuring 99 to 496 m2 with ample outdoor spaces of at least 29 m2 will be built on top of an old, concrete cable drum on the Johan van Hasseltkanaal in Buiksloterdam, Amsterdam Noord. The building will be equipped with a visible wooden supportive structure and floor-high windows.
The lofts will be delivered without interior walls and have a headroom of 3 metres. No limitations, just space, light and air.
